Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort is an elite residential and resort complex on the Black Sea coast, jointly developed by Archi, Georgia’s #1 development company, and NEXT, the first international developer from Georgia.

In partnership with the globally renowned hospitality brand Swissôtel, the project enhances Kobuleti’s tourism potential and positions it as a premier destination for leisure and recreation.

The architectural concept of Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort was designed by the Madrid office of Chapman Taylor, one of the world’s leading architectural practices. The visual concept is inspired by the Black Sea itself. The three monumental buildings, shaped like sails, create a distinctive new silhouette along the coastline.

The development will bring together a Swissôtel-branded hotel, residential residences, and investment apartments with exceptional sea views. Its comprehensive infrastructure is designed to create a unique resort experience and includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a 3,000 sq m fitness center and spa, an Italian restaurant, a casino, a lounge bar, conference facilities, and a dedicated children’s area.
