Block B

The second block of the elite resort complex Le Meridien Sioni Lake Resort & Spa consists of a five-story apartment hotel with 71 luxury, art, and modern studio apartments. The design was developed by the Spanish company Chapman Taylor Madrid studio. Like the first block, it employs energy-efficient, eco-friendly Ytong blocks, decorative wooden panels, decorative plaster, and glass railings for its unique exterior.

The apartments are fully renovated and furnished, equipped with modern appliances. Guests and apartment owners will enjoy access to the full range of amenities in the Le Meridien Sioni Lake Resort & Spa by Archi complex, including: 2,500 sq. m. of indoor and outdoor pools; a water park and a winter outdoor hot pool; a 3,000 sq. m. spa, wellness center, and fitness room; a banquet hall for 550 people, conference rooms, and a terrace; five restaurants, a bar, a lounge, and cafes; an outdoor cinema and amphitheater; a children's entertainment area; a winter garden; a helipad; a 3 km boulevard along the lake with walking and cycling paths; tennis, basketball, and football fields; padel courts; a fishing area; and a zip line.
