Archi Saburtalo Block B is a 18-storey house of a multifunctional residential complex located in Saburtalo, in an infrastructurally developed area, at the intersection of Mindeli and Politkovskaya streets. The project includes commercial space, 5000 sq.m. green yard with children's and sports fields. High-quality materials, Heidelberg cement concrete and energy-efficient building blocks of the German brand YTONG, which save energy by 40%, and reduce utility bills, are used in the construction of the house.
