Archi Akhmeteli Block A is one of the buildings of the complex located in the central location of Gldani, 5 minutes' walk from the metro station "Akhmeteli". The project includes commercial space and 5000 sq.m. green yard, where a sports and children's playground will be located. High-quality HPL panels are used for facade cladding. The residential house is built with environmentally friendly, energy-efficient building blocks of the German brand YTONG, which maintains the temperature and saves energy by 40%.

Installation of stained-glass windows on the 8th and 9th floors has been completed;

Metal framing works from the 1st to the 15th floor have been completed;
Blockwork on the 13th, 14th, and 15th floors is being completed;
Interior blockwork from the 12th to the 15th floors is underway;
