Swissรดtel Kobuleti Beach Resort โ a new premium complex on the Black Sea coast.
Georgia’s #1 Development company, ๐๐๐๐๐, and ๐๐๐๐, the first international developer from Georgia, are launching the construction of a new premium residential and resort complex in Kobuleti - ๐๐ฐ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌô๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ข ๐๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐๐ฌ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ.
In partnership with the globally renowned hospitality brand ๐๐ฐ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌô๐ญ๐๐ฅ, ๐๐๐๐๐ and ๐๐๐๐ will create a new landmark destination and unique point of attraction on the Black Sea coast.
The architectural concept was developed by the Madrid office of ๐๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฆ๐๐ง ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ, one of the world’s leading architectural practices.
The landmark development consists of three buildings and will bring together a hotel, residential residences, and investment apartments, all featuring exceptional sea views. Inspired by the Black Sea, the project’s design blends harmoniously with its natural surroundings. Each building echoes the form of a sail, creating a distinctive new silhouette along the coastline.
The resort will feature indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a 3,000 sq m fitness center and spa, an Italian restaurant, a casino, a lounge bar, conference facilities, and a dedicated children’s area, creating a unique resort experience in Kobuleti.
