Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort — a new premium complex on the Black Sea coast.

In partnership with the world-renowned hotel brand Swissôtel, a new and unique destination will be created on the Black Sea coast.

The architectural concept of the project was developed by the Madrid office of Chapman Taylor, one of the world’s leading architectural studios.
The monumental Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort complex will consist of three buildings and will combine a hotel, residential apartments, and investment apartments with unique sea views.

The complex will feature indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a 3,000 sq.m fitness and spa center, an Italian restaurant, a casino, a lounge bar, conference facilities, and a children’s area - creating a truly unique leisure environment in Kobuleti.
