Archi has opened a four-star hotel in Ortachala - ibis Tbilisi City. ibis is a brand under the leading group of high-quality and affordable hotels, Accor, which currently operates 12 hotels across the country.
Notably, Accor has recognized ibis Tbilisi City as the most modern and prestigious new-generation hotel among all ibis-branded hotels it has opened. In addition to its functionality, the project stands out with its aesthetic design, where every interior detail is harmoniously matched with colors, reflecting exquisite taste.
ibis Tbilisi City is the first joint project between Archi and Accor, managed by Archi Hospitality, a company within the Archi Holding group. A total investment of 45 million GEL has been allocated for this project. Moreover, Archi is developing other branded hotels, including Le Meridien Sioni Lake Resort & Spa by Archi in Sioni, which has received an investment of 200 million GEL and serves as an ideal opportunity to turn investment property into a profitable asset.
ibis Tbilisi City is located just 20 minutes from Tbilisi International Airport and offers European-standard hospitality to visitors. From 2025 onwards, ibis will officially become part of Archi’s portfolio, joining a variety of local and international hotels, aparthotels, and numerous exciting development projects across Tbilisi, Batumi, and mountain resorts.
