Archi Sets a New Benchmark: 1,202 Apartments Sold in Just Five Hours During Archi Grand Avenue’s Big Discount Day

Amid exceptionally strong demand, a further 156 prospective buyers have been added to the priority waiting list for the next residential block.

This historic achievement places Archi among the top 3 developers across Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East for single-day apartment sales. Archi trails only two global industry leaders: Saudi Arabia's NHC with 3,980 sales (Nov 15, 2024) and Dubai's DAMAC with 3,164 sales (Dec 10, 2024).

“Today’s achievement represents far more than record-breaking sales. It reflects the trust that thousands of people have placed in us, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of them. This milestone is also a testament to the tremendous dedication and hard work of our team. While Archi is Georgia’s #1 real estate developer, leadership itself has never been our ultimate goal. What matters most is creating meaningful value for our customers and delivering on and exceeding their expectations. At Archi Grand Avenue, we are bringing this vision to life by creating the new heart of the city - a destination with exceptional potential for growth and transformation. I believe our customers recognized the very qualities that make this project distinctive: its strategic location, remarkable scale, the involvement of internationally renowned brands, and exceptional financial terms. The combination of these factors has delivered a result we are immensely proud of,” said Shio Khetsuriani, CEO of Archi.

With this remarkable result, Archi has more than doubled its own sales record set last year, setting a new benchmark for the real estate market and further underscoring the extraordinary demand for Archi Grand Avenue.

Notably, apartment prices at Archi Grand Avenue have appreciated by 27-28% over the past year. Its strategic location and ambitious scale position the development as an attractive proposition for both homebuyers and investors. The project has garnered exceptional interest from local buyers, Georgian expatriates, and international investors alike.

Spanning 21 hectares, Archi Grand Avenue is set to feature more than 15 hectares of landscaped green and recreational spaces. The development brings together residential buildings, a five-star Hilton hotel, Wyndham-branded residences, a sports complex, and a diverse selection of gastronomic and commercial spaces.

“We are deeply grateful to every customer for the extraordinary confidence they have placed in us. This trust carries immense responsibility, and we are committed to not only fulfilling their expectations but surpassing them. For those who were unable to secure their preferred apartment during this phase, we have created an additional opportunity. Our ambition is to welcome as many people as possible into the new heart of the city,” said Ilia Tsulaia, Founder of Archi.
