Archi has successfully implemented the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard. This system aims to further refine the structured management approach within the organization, which includes improving internal processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services to customers.
The international standard - ISO 9001:2015 provides organizations with a structured management framework based on process and risk-oriented approaches. The core objectives of the system include:
• Increasing customer satisfaction;
• Implementing a management model based on processes and risks;
• Supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement;
• Promoting active employee engagement and strengthening leadership roles;
• Encouraging data-driven decision-making.
TÜV NORD: International Certification Body Involved in the ISO Implementation Process
During the implementation of the quality management standard, Archi underwent the certification stage in partnership with one of the world's most reliable and well-known international certification bodies – TÜV NORD. As part of the process, a certification audit was conducted with the organization’s participation. Upon successfully passing the audit, a leading development company Archi was officially granted the ISO 9001:2015 certificate for a period of three years. TÜV NORD is accredited by Germany’s national accreditation body – DAkkS, which confirms the international recognition and reliability of the certification. The process was also supported by the company “Management Systems Ltd,” which provided consulting services and ensured compliance with the standard’s requirements.
Why is ISO 9001 Important?
ISO 9001 is the most widely used quality management standard in the world. As of the current year, over one million certificates have been issued across nearly 190 countries.
It is part of the ISO 9000 family, which includes seven quality management principles, such as customer focus and continuous improvement. It is worth noting that ISO 9001 is the only certifiable standard within this family.
The implementation of such a standard, like ISO 9001:2015, represents a significant milestone for Archi in the direction of high quality, stable development, and transparent processes. By adopting this system, the company further strengthens its positioning as a brand focused on quality, growth, and stability.
