Trump Tower Tbilisi made its international debut at a grand celebration attended by guests invited from Georgia and around the world. The evening was dedicated to the official presentation of one of the country’s most ambitious real estate projects.
The event was held high above the Georgian capital at Tbilisi’s iconic Funicular, against the backdrop of some of the city’s finest views. The exclusive reception brought together government representatives, international business leaders, project partners, investors, public figures, artists, influencers, and international media representatives.
Against the backdrop of Tbilisi’s illuminated skyline, guests had their first opportunity to experience the vision, architecture, and lifestyle concept of Trump Tower Tbilisi through a multimedia presentation. The evening’s programme brought together elements of Georgian culture and international musical performances. Grammy Award-winning artist CeeLo Green and international DJ and producer Francis Mercier performed for the guests.
The event also showcased the international vision and ambitions behind Downtown Tbilisi, a new mixed-use urban development planned adjacent to Tbilisi Central Park. Trump Tower Tbilisi is the central component and defining symbol of Downtown Tbilisi, a development valued at approximately US$2 billion.
“This was the first real opportunity for people to see the scale and vision of Trump Tower Tbilisi for themselves. It is an important and exciting milestone both for the project itself and for Downtown Tbilisi, which is rapidly emerging as one of the region’s most dynamic destinations for business and lifestyle,” said Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization.
“Tbilisi’s future as an important destination for international investment and real estate is particularly compelling to us. We are very excited to officially present Trump Tower Tbilisi and to bring the Trump brand to the city.”
Trump Tower Tbilisi is part of the wider Downtown Tbilisi development and is being developed in collaboration with The Trump Organization. Archi Group and INVIA are the principal partners and developers of Downtown Tbilisi. The Sapir Organization is participating in the project as co-developer, while Block Stone Capital, Finvest Georgia, and Vector Group are investors in the project.
Trump Tower Tbilisi will become the defining architectural landmark of Downtown Tbilisi. Designed by Gensler Washington, D.C., the 62-storey tower is planned to reach approximately 280 metres in height, making it the tallest building in Georgia.
“More than a quarter of our customers are already international, and this share continues to grow every year. Looking at the pace of market development, Tbilisi increasingly reminds me of Dubai during the period when it was emerging as a global destination. I believe Georgia is becoming the Dubai of Eastern Europe, with Tbilisi at the centre of this transformation - a city increasingly attracting international investment and global brands. This momentum reflects growing international confidence in both the city and its market,” said Ilia Tsulaia, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Archi Group.
“Tbilisi is a city of the future, and we are honoured to be part of the creation of Trump Tower Tbilisi. The project brings together international design, the heritage of the Trump Tower brand, and an in-depth understanding of the local market - a combination that reflects our confidence in Georgia’s continued development,” said Levan Pkhakadze, Founder and CEO of INVIA.
“We are delighted to present this transformative project. Trump Tower Tbilisi represents exactly the kind of ambitious, world-class development we strive to deliver - a project that will reshape the city’s skyline and establish a new standard for luxury living in the region,” said Alex Sapir, Chairman and CEO of The Sapir Organization.
Located on eight hectares adjacent to Tbilisi Central Park, the development comprises 46,500 sq. m. of retail space, 42,000 sq. m. of office space, 42,000 sq. m. of high-end hotel space, and 251,000 sq. m. of residential space.
The commercial podium of Downtown Tbilisi is inspired by the concept of Bal Harbour Shops and is designed to integrate harmoniously with the Central Park. The podium will bring together high-end retail spaces and premium restaurants, creating a new destination for luxury living and lifestyle.
Trump Tower Tbilisi residences will offer direct access to the adjacent Central Park, landscaped terraces, and thoughtfully designed communal spaces. Prices for studio residences will start from US$290,000, while prices per square metre will start from US$7,000.
The project is financed through joint credit facilities provided by two of Georgia’s leading banks, TBC Bank and Bank of Georgia. Both banks are owned by groups whose shares are traded on the London Stock Exchange.
Against the backdrop of Tbilisi’s impressive cityscape, Trump Tower Tbilisi was officially unveiled to the public. The event highlighted Tbilisi’s growing position as an attractive destination for investment, business, and high-end urban living.
