On July 29, the leading development company Archi presented to the public the new residential complex Archi Rustavi, which, with its diversity and modern exterior, will promote urban development in Rustavi and bring new life to the city. Archi's partners, representatives from Rustavi City Hall, and the business sector attended the project presentation event. Archi founder Ilia Tsulaia, Rustavi Mayor Nino Latsabidze, Rustavi Majority MP Irakli Shatakishvili, and Giorgi Darchiashvili, Director of TBC Bank's Large and Medium Corporate Clients Service Department, gave speeches. The event ended with a symbolic capsule-throwing ceremony.
"The development of the city of Rustavi showed us great potential and the opportunity to start the construction of such a large-scale project as Archi Rustavi. I am sure that this will be one of the most outstanding projects, with its greenery, infrastructure, and exterior." — Archi founder Ilia Tsulaia.
Archi Rustavi is a large-scale complex, the first residential building of which includes 10 floors and 168 apartments. The complex is being built in New Rustavi, at the intersection of Leonidze and Cherkaski streets, near the well-equipped "Leonidze Square." The most sought-after and necessary facilities are just a few minutes away from Archi Rustavi: Rustavi Central Park, supermarkets, the shopping center "Rustavi Mall," two public schools, a swimming pool, and an agricultural market. The location is convenient because it is easy to travel from the complex in both directions: Rustavi and Tbilisi.
"We are very happy that interest in Rustavi is growing and that a company like Archi is starting construction in our city. The increased interest is due to the City Hall team actively working on the city's development, and we believe that Rustavi will soon become a European-level city. The Rustavi Mayor's team wishes success and expresses full support to Archi." — Rustavi Mayor Nino Latsabidze
A variety of apartments will be presented in the Archi Rustavi residential complex. The complex spans 10,000 sq.m. It includes recreational areas, providing an opportunity to live in greenery. Children's entertainment areas, exercise spaces, and sports fields will be located in the green space. In the commercial spaces of Archi Rustavi, various facilities needed by Archi residents will be provided.
"Archi's and our partnership has been ongoing for many years. During these years, we have implemented a number of successful projects together, and we are sure that this trend will continue and we will cooperate on many more large-scale, special projects, such as Archi Rustavi," said Giorgi Darchiashvili, Director of the Service Department for Large and Medium Corporate Clients at TBC Bank.
The Archi Rustavi complex, like all Archi projects, is built with the highest quality materials: an environmentally friendly, energy-efficient building block of the German brand YTONG is six times less heat-conductive than a normal block, which means that a house built with this block maintains the temperature in the room for a longer time. It uses 40% less energy for room temperature, heating, or cooling, and utility costs are reduced. High-quality HPL panels and Munich veneer are also used. Archi Rustavi will be distinguished by its high quality and infrastructure, as well as its sophisticated exterior.
