Archi offers its customers a wide choice of services such as the maintenance of the entrances, facades, and surrounding areas of the Archi residential buildings, solving the residents’ household problems, as well as consulting service with the technical and legal issues related to an apartment purchase procedure. The company makes sure the customers feel equally comfortable before and after buying an Archi apartment. The Head of Archi Service Department Shako Kokhreidze and the Head of the Sales and Customer Service Department Sopho Kvantaliani are talking about the services that help the residents feel comfortable and relaxed in their Archi apartments.
“Archi Service Manager is ready to guide the customers through the entire process of buying an apartment” – says Sopho Kvantaliani. She refers to the Archi Service Manager as a “Voice of the customer”. The manager is responsible for equipping the customers with all the necessary information about the payment terms, apartment planning, and legal aspects too.
“The customers are especially interested in our payment terms, an in-house installment plan, restructuring, and payment schedule changes. As for house planning, customers have the possibility to apply their interior design ideas to the apartments in the currently underway residential buildings. Archi experienced architects will help them turn their ideas into reality. Apartment planning includes the distribution of partition walls, electrical wiring, and heating system. Archi Service Manager will provide a legal consulting, apartment purchase/delivery and sale agreement details for the customers.” – points out Sopho Kvantaliani.
Sopho Believes that Archi services are completely devoid of bureaucracy to save the time and energy of the customers. What is more important, all Archi customers are offered a service manager to effectively respond to their needs and requirements. The highlight of the apartment buying process, she says, is handing the keys to their owners.
“Archi apartments are always delivered on schedule. We are thrilled to be able to make so many people happy. Handing the keys to the Archi customers, the company gives out special gifts to make that particular day a happy memory for them.”
“What is the best thing about Archi is that the customers enjoy continued support from the company. For example, we provide a special service to help the residents solve their household problems after they start living in the Archi apartments.” – says Shako Kokhreidze.
Shako Kokhreidze is in charge of managing the Archi services for Archi residents. The services cover the entrance, elevator, stairwell, façade, and the surrounding area maintenance and 24-hour security camera monitoring.
„After buying an Archi apartment, Archi residents share the common areas such as entrances, elevators, parking zones, and the surrounding area of the residential buildings. That's why we make sure the common areas are always kept clean. Elevators, entrances, and parking zones are cleaned 3-times a week” – says Shako Kokhreidze.
Shako’s team does not wait for the complaints, they make sure to regularly check the residential areas.
“We take care of the exterior look of our residential buildings too. We have repaired the façade of the old Dighomi Massif residential buildings. Besides, we take the responsibility to repair the roofs in case of any damage.” – says Shako.
Security comes first – Archi provides 24/7 security camera monitoring at all residential buildings. Elevators are accessed through special cards and entrance doors are equipped with the domofon service. Archi Isani and Archi Tower provide security guards too.
What’s more, Archi makes sure to take care of nature. Archi Service Department is actively engaged in environmental activities.
“We take care of nature, plant trees, and organize greening campaigns. We have already planted hundreds of evergreen trees and bushy plants. The greening campaigns are very enjoyable and we plan to continue with this tradition.”
