Project Manager Shota Shanava About Construction Process At Archi

Most Archi employees worked remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. The construction process of Archi residential buildings has not been disrupted despite the ongoing pandemic. Archi apartments will be delivered to their owners on schedule.
According to Archi Project Manager Shota Shanava, the construction has complied with the construction laws and regulations mandated by the state before and after the pandemic.
“The construction meets the regulations and recommendations offered by the Government of Georgia and WHO respectively. Disinfection and temperature screening procedures are regularly carried out on the construction sites. The employees are provided with the construction safety equipment as well as vehicles for safe transportation by the contractor,” - points out Shota.
He emphasizes that the company fully complies with the labor code of Georgie. Utilizing high-quality construction materials is Archi's top priority. No wonder apartment seekers have never stopped choosing the company.
“Archi makes sure that the residential buildings are built with high-quality materials. For example, high-quality and durable Heidelberg cement is used for the construction. Besides, Archi apartments incorporate metalloplastic windows and doors equipped with low-E glass. The low-E glass is energy efficient and absorbs infrared and ultraviolet radiation. Aside from the energy-efficient windows and doors, the company uses German energy sufficient block Ytong. The construction process is being regularly inspected by Archi Technical Department,” – says Shota.
Additionally, Archi co-operates with the companies such as BK Construction, Metta, Neocon, Anagi, Sonnet Construction, DECO, Element Construction, etc.
Six new projects were added to the long list of the Archi residential buildings in 2020: Archi Central Park On Tamarashvili, Archi Saburtalo C, Archi Nutsubidze, and Archi Wood. Shota mentions that new Archi projects are yet to come in the near future.
“Despite the changes with the current COVID-19 pandemic, Archi apartments are given to their owners without delay. Generally, the construction process includes three stages: architectural planning, construction, and mechanical and electrical installation. Archi makes sure that the construction process lasts no longer than 22 months,” – says Shota.
Archi customers are welcome to visit the construction sites. All they have to do is to contact the Archi Service Manager for scheduling an appointment.
