Archi has started the construction of a new residential building in the Mukhiani district. This visually interesting building boasts a lilac garden. Archi has allocated a 12 000 sq.m. recreation area especially for the project. Levan Maglakelidze, an architect of 'Archi Lilacs', emphasizes that the huge recreation area is the biggest plus to the residential building.

Apart from HPL panels, elastic e.g. decorative bricks and stained glass contribute to the exterior of 'Archi Lilacs'. Moreover, an electric generator and a water tank are allocated for the residential complex to ensure 24/7 water and power supply," - says the architect.
According to Levan, the convenience of the vast recreation area will help future Archi residents recover from emotional and physical exhaustion.
