Elene Baratashvili has been working as a head of the Archi marketing department for 4 years now. Apart from launching interesting campaigns, she has managed to attract new members to the department.
I had been working at local and international Horeca workplaces and joining Archi turned out to be a new challenge to me. The marketing department is responsible for identifying customer needs to offer the best apartments to the customer. Our team managed to handle this huge responsibility successfully. I believe we are able to accomplish Archi’s challenging tasks with our hard work.
The most memorable day
The most memorable day at Archi was a traditional presale event. The event celebrates the start of new construction and gives customers the opportunity to buy apartments at great discounts. After working two months at Archi I was invited to join one of these events. It was an unforgettable experience, witnessing the effective collaborative work of different Archi departments and the happy faces of our customers. Archi set the record with 43 sold apartments at that event. The record was then broken many times to finally reach 99.
The best thing about Archi
Archi is a company that encourages professional development. Aside from my personal experience, I have seen other employees' successful changes after joining Archi.
