First day at Archi
“The very first day at Archi was an interesting experience. The service manager was a newly created position. My day was extremely busy as it should be in the customer service department. I was nervous but the presence of the supportive team and the positive atmosphere helped me easily overcome the challenges.”
About my work
“Working as a service manager is so varied and full of diverse tasks that one will never get bored of it. Being in this position entails voicing the customer's needs and help them put their dreams into practice. We are involved in all the procedures our customers have to follow after purchasing an apartment. We make sure to inform our customers properly about the payment terms, the planning process, and the legal aspects. Starting from buying an apartment to the delivery process, our support is easily available for our customers. I feel a high responsibility to work with different types of people, especially with emigrants. The most exciting moment is to see the sparkling eyes and happy faces of our customers when delivering the keys of their dream houses.”
The best thing about Archi
“It is safe to say that I am surrounded by wonderful co-workers. I share the room with other service managers to create a friendly, positive and supportive atmosphere. At every step of my career development, the company has cared for me as an employee. I believe this is the place where my opinions and work are heard and appreciated.”
If not Archi …
“Archi has encouraged me to develop both my personal and professional skills. I have learned how to conduct negotiations and rise to challenges occurring in customer service. Besides, it was Archi where I met my husband who has recently become a member of the company’s big family. No wonder I have an emotional bond with the company. I feel not only as an employee but a member of a big family.”
“I am planning to continue my career development and to improve the procedures and the services carried out by the Service Department. I want our team to be able to offer more refined and customer-tailored services to the customers.
Having been fond of drawing since my childhood, the biggest dream is to create my own clothing line. During my school years, I was regularly drawing and dreaming of becoming a designer. Later I went to a different direction to enter the business profession. Yet I have not stopped thinking about my dream and I hope I can manage fulfilling it alongside my current career path.”
