First Day at Archi
“The very first day at Archi was filled with warm atmosphere and love. That friendly environment has never changed since then. It is the main reason why I have stayed with the company for so long. Every day at Archi feels like spending time with loving family members.”
The most memorable day
“Archi sent me to Dubai at the Real Estate Exhibition a few years ago. The event lasted only three days but the experience was unforgettable. Travelling is my hobby and I was delighted to be given a chance to attend the exhibition. Those days gave me a new perspective on life.”
The best thing about Archi
“Archi has provided continuing care for me. The company supports its employees’ professional and personal development, considering their needs and wishes. For example, the company organizes an annual awards event to reward the employees for their exceptional performance. It is a great motivation when the company is able to appreciate your hard work. Great co-workers are another plus in this job, contributing to a positive and warm atmosphere at Archi.”
If not Archi …
“Archi has become an inseparable part of my life. I have gained a wide experience in the company. I had worked as a call center operator, a receptionist, and a sales team member at the Archi Isani project. Now I am an administrator at the office in the Tbilisi Philharmonic Hall building. I am grateful to be given an opportunity to grow professionally at Archi.”
My plans
“I had been traveling all across the country as well as abroad before the pandemic. Currently, I am expecting a child and work from home. I am happy to admit that the company has been extremely supportive of me over the past few months. As for the future, I am planning to put more time and energy into my professional development alongside my family and to embark on new journeys once the pandemic is over.”
