The slogan of the leading development company, Archi, is "Archi - one big family," signifying the company's primary focus on caring for its residents. Archi endeavors to ensure every resident feels like a member of a large family by implementing various measures. As part of this commitment, Archi has established a tradition of organizing special events exclusively for its residents. The purpose of these events is to strengthen the bond among Archi residents, fostering closer connections and creating positive memories. In our blog, we provide details about these events.
Archi consistently emphasizes that the company's primary focus is taking care of its residents, numbering over 35,000. Several events have already been organized exclusively for Archi residents. The sixth consecutive and most recent event was a concert featuring masterpieces of Georgian film music, held on December 17 in the Great Concert Hall of the Philharmonic. Nikoloz Rachveli performed unforgettable tunes accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra. The concert also featured participation from Georgian stars such as Nato Metonidze, Lisa Bagrationi, Nino Katamadze, Eka Mamaladze, and others.
Approximately 2,500 people from various complexes attended the event, allowing Archi residents to enjoy their favorite nostalgic tunes together. The concert's success was evident as ovations did not stop till the end. Archi residents left the concert in a festive mood, capturing numerous souvenir photos together.
On November 5, the fourth consecutive event featured the legendary musical vaudeville "Chicago," held exclusively for Archi residents at the multifunctional space, "Theatre," within the Tsiskvili Group. Over 300 people residing in various complexes attended the musical along with dinner, departing the show with unforgettable impressions.
New Year in Archi is always exceptionally diverse and magical. As a New Year's gift, on January 15, Archi invited its residents to a grand concert at the Sports Palace. The concert, titled "Gypsies for Archi Residents," was notable for its scale, attracting approximately 7,000 attendees. Archi residents celebrated the New Year together in a traditional manner, enjoying a delightful time. The event exuded a very positive atmosphere, fostering a sense of family and friendship. Archi residents left the Sports Palace cheerfully, in high spirits, and actively shared their impressions with each other even after the event.
The concert by Lela Tsurtsumia and the band "Non Stop" marked the third consecutive event organized exclusively for Archi residents. Duta Skhirtladze, a friend of Archi residents, hosted the event. Approximately 1,500 members of the Archi family enjoyed a barbecue and buffet, indulged in various entertainment activities, and concluded the festivities with the cutting of a celebratory cake against the backdrop of fireworks.
The event, held in Mtskheta, serves as another clear example that Archi maintains a relationship with customers beyond the apartment purchase. Dato Gomarteli and Ensemble Shvidkatsa added musical charm to the festive occasion, with the lively Duta Skhirtladze serving as the presenter. Various entertainment activities and dinner were organized for approximately 700 people.
The inaugural event organized by Archi for its residents took place on October 15, 2019, in the Great Concert Hall of the Philharmonic. Sukhishvili's concert was sold out, attracting approximately 2,500 people from various projects. This first event marked the establishment of the Archi tradition.
