Ilia Tsulaia Partner/Director

Mr.Tsulaia is head and partner of Archi Group. He is an expert in administrative and civil law consulting. He oversees and manages different consulting and investment projects conducted by Archi Group. Mr. Tsulaia graduated from Tbilisi State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law in 2004. From 2004 to 2007 Mr. Tsulaia worked as a Lawyer in Private Law for different firms. In June 2007 he joined Archi Group.

Irakli Kapianidze Partner

Mr. Kapiandize is a partner of the company. He is an expert in financial and tax advisory. He graduated Tbilisi State University in 1998 with a B.A. in Economics and then he continued his studies at Case Western University in Ohio, receiving an M.B.A. in 2000. From 2000 to 2004 served as a financial manager for ArchStudio, then he went on to the private business and established Archi and serves as its founder. He is also a cofounder of a network of stores for children.

Givi Guntsadze Marketing Manager

Mr. Guntsadze is a marketing manager He received Bachelor’s Degree from Caucasus School of Business. He has completed BBA courses and received Business research certificate at Goizueta Business School of Emory University in 2007-2008. Mr. Guntsadze manages marketing activities and sales of realty.

Maka Bochorishvili Senior Lawyer

Ms. Bochorishvili is head of legal consulting. She is an expert in administrative and civil law consulting. She manages all the legal matters that company deals with. Ms. Bochorishvili graduated from Tbilisi State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law in 2004. Prior to joining Archi Group she worked at a Legal Department of Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, Public Registry, Deer Leap Foundation and the National Centre for Education Accreditation.

Irakli Nasidze Lawyer

Mr. Nasidze is a law consultant He received Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Tbilisi State University. He handles legal consulting and negotiations on behalf of the company and clients. After finishing internship at the Legal Committee of the Georgian Parliament, Mr. Nasidze joined Archi Group.

Tamar Shedania Lawyer/Administrative Assistant

Mrs. Shedania handles all the legal documentation, contracts and statistical data as well as administrative matters in the office. She graduated from Tbilisi State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law in 2004.

Shalva Kokhreidze Task Manager

Mr. Kokhreidze received a Bachelor’s Degree in International Law from Georgian Technical University in 2007. He handles legal documentation and ensures the smooth operation of the Archi Group office.
